I am so thrilled to share we have some amazing Music Business Master Teachers coming to speak at our October Songwriting Workshops. We get the cream of the crop: Next Sunday, our Los Angeles Workshop hosts Gordon Pogoda, serial professional songwriter who keeps landing placement after placement. Learn his secrets. Review of the last OC Showcase by Rodney O'Riley, Songsalive! Orange County Chapter Coordinator -
A small but happy group of musical enthusiasts joined us in Westminster California for the October 2019 Songsalive! Orange County Monthly Songwriter Showcase. One of our local heroes, Kate Albright, was up first. Seated behind the piano she sang in her sweet and powerful voice, giving us some of her well-known songs as well as a few brand-new pieces that she had put through the Songsalive! Workshops recently. As usual, it was not hard to imagine her works playing behind a movie's closing credits roll. (And that's a good thing!) Up next we welcomed local singer/songwriter Josiah Lee on guitar and vocals, accompanied by his friend, singer Ron Aguilara. Once again the two of them made absolutely beautiful harmonies on Josiah's original songs, leaving us all breathless as we listened. Hey! When's the album coming?

Showcases are quality entertainment songwriter performances around the country. All members are eligible to perform at a Songsalive! showcase based on availability, schedule and of course, your talent! This is also an Open Mic so stop in and sign up and perform. Then you can be eligible as a future featured artist.
