Post-Holiday Drive to Five Update!

Since kicking off our Drive to Five Fundraising Campaignwe have raised a total of $7,289 (29%) of our $25,000 goal. $4,889 of this came from your Giving Tuesday efforts, and the rest from contributions on the Drive to Five page. You'll hear a vicarious hour of music and live interviews from each week’s featured fest. Find a new favorite band, hear the ones that are already favorites — or just come along for the music festival experience. Saturdays at 9pm.


 

Blueyorker

Category: News, R&B, Hip-Hop. Hosted by Terzel Ron. Hosted by a young adult, for young adults, Blueyorker takes artists that are making waves locally (or nationally), and gives them a spotlight to broadcast their talents. Tune in for news and more about Hip-Hop and R&B talent that are shaping their genres for years to come — plus sonic techniques, too! Saturdays at 8am.

 


Jazz We Got

Category: Jazz, Hip-Hop. Hosted by Ethan DiPietro and Joe Tramontin. Ethan and Joe provide context and knowledge about various artistic experiences in the city as well as interviewing local artists from the community. This program is also a community service project for the Packer Collegiate Institue and each show features a shout out of a local nonprofit or an upcoming community event. From the history of sampling to the development of avant-garde jazz, Jazz We Got has something for everyone. Wednesdays at 5pm.
